INTRODUCTION
Peru is a country in South America that encompasses a section of the Amazon forest and Machu Picchu, an ancient Inca city on the heights of the Andes. The region around Machu Picchu, including the Sacred Valley, the Inca Trail and the colonial city of Cuzco, is rich in archeological sites. Lima, the capital, with a preserved colonial center and important collections of pre-Columbian art is located on the arid Pacific coast of Peru.
ITINERARY
DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN LIMA
Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to the chosen hotel, rest. Accommodation in Lima.
DAY 02: LIMA / CUSCO - CITY TOUR + ARCHEOLOGICAL PARK
Breakfast Transfer to the airport for our departure to Cusco. Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free to acclimatise. 1:30 p.m. In the afternoon, visit the imperial city of Cusco. We will ascend to the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman, and we will start the excursion visiting the fortress of the same name, beautiful place that radiates peace and tranquility, admiring the rocks up to 4 meters high, which were difficult in its construction. We will continue with Q'enqo, ancient temple of the Puma where you can have an altar for sacrifices in the inner part of a huge rock and then with Tambomachay, sacred sources of life and health. Along the way, we will have a panoramic view of Puca Pucará, watchtower that takes care of the entrance to the city. Then, we will go to Korikancha, Temple to the god Inti, The Sun, On which the Church of Santo Domingo was built, We tell the chronicles that this temple was covered with gold in Inca times. Finally we will visit the Plaza de Armas and we will enter the Cathedral, which treasures invaluable colonial works and paintings, such as the Cross that arrived with the first conquerors.

DAY 03: MACHU PICCHU
Breakfast We will go to the train station of Poroy or Ollantaytambo according to the season, where we will depart by train to know one of the 7 Wonders of the World. We will arrive at the station of the town of Machu Picchu, where our staff will assist us to board the transport that ascends by an intricate road giving us a spectacular view of the Urubamba river that shapes the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, we find its incredible terraces, stairways, ceremonial enclosures and urban areas. The energy emanating from all over the place. After a guided tour, we will have lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. At the appropriate time, we will take the train to take us to Ollantaytambo and then move to the city of Cusco.
